[Solved] Is it able to lower cliffs that near the water

I was able to do that in the past ( somehow )
But when I reinstall my window,it’s not able to do anymore
Anyone know why?should I install any 3rd party software to do that?

Enabled local files and placed the appropriate desired raise/lower limits in "Warcraft III\war3.mpq\UI\MiscData.txt"?

I have attached the file below. This is the one I have installed, so might not be the most ideal settings for it.

Try toggling Advanced -> Enforce Water Height Limits to see if that makes a difference. Otherwise you will need to demonstrate what issue you are having.

Also please edit your posts if you have an update to make.
