Ipod touch 4g 6.0

Hello. If you have an ipod touch 4g with 6.0 firmware jailbroken and you know how to download free apps using installous, please help me out. I can't download apps from any given links except magnet, and I can't install the apps that I barely downloaded from magnet because wrong ipa. I'm actually new at this and I have no idea what to do or even what those words mean. If you can help me please post your ideas here. Thanks.

Asking for help with warez on the hive is stupid/forbidden/dumb/a rule violation (choose whichever).
