What you can do with a ion beam is endless just as with other things. My idea would be :
Summons/shoots/directs a Ion Beam to hit enemies, (which should be controllable);
Level 1 - if youre 100 yards away = 1dmg/s
If 50 yards away = 2.5 dmg/s
If you're in it or very very close 10 dmg/s
and so on if u get it ..
