1) Why is my connection very slow during night time?, is it because most people use at night so it causes heavy traffic?

2) Why my internet in office goes faster when I pull out the power plug of the modem and router then put it back again after 1 min?

3) Is speedtest.net reliable to test the 'real' speed of your connection?

Yes, most ISPs get congested especially during peak hours. It happens most likely on wireless ISPs and ISPs that use co-axial cables. DSL lines are least likely to be affected by congestion during peak hours.

Maybe its like you're resetting your modem? Not so sure about it?

So far, I can't say speedtest.net is a reliable one because it displays excessive speeds than my modem's capacity. I had the scenario it shows me an 8Mbps downlink speed but my modem's capacity is just 3.6Mbps.

It is the BEST one but NOT a reliable one.
