i know people should read older topics before they make a new one, but alot people register, ask one question and never come back, so they dont read the rules either (well i think) cuz i often c many same asked question and all by new registered people. isnt there a way u can edit the text when registering that says people should read older topics or anything?

Yes... this is kind of annoying isn't it? too bad theres no way to stop it.
