Screw up with the contest 3

every one says i cheated and made multi thingy acounts so i want someone to make that he can only register 2 times why 2 times u ask ? becous mybe somone has a brother or sister and they really pissed me off the terrain contest i diden't make multi acounts or i diden't make my freinds vot for ther on life they just liked mine + i am ther freind.Why do they have 0 to 10 posts ? becous they only love to read tutorials they dont like to chat.They would vote and not register if they diden't have to do that.Next time make the system and dont blame me for making multi thingy....

Anyways, I have a brother too, but he just uses my account. And I don't care, because it's just a forum account, it's not like he's going to do something stupid and get me banned. More likely to get me banned if he made another account than anything else.

I think the main point here is that the rules say you cannot make multiple accounts on the same IP address without first asking to do so in the admin contact forum. No matter who actually makes them, it's against the rules.
