Instant AutoRefresher?

Does anyone know where I can get a instant autorefresher that does not take 5 minutes to refresh?

Download VisualCustomKick and use the auto refresher off that.

By instant do you mean like, opening and closing all slots at the same moment of time? Or just less than 5 minutes?
