how do you put stuff in the quest menu. I've seen this in loats of maps where in the Quest menu the just fill it with tons of game info. I was wondering how to do that.

You basically have to generate them all with triggers. Just fool around a bit with quests in GUI and you will soon see how easy it is to make them.
