  • Quest
    • Events
      • Map initialization
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Quest - Create a Required quest titled BLANK with the description BLANK, using icon path ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNAmbush.blp

It's under Quests>create Quest> Set Information. It has to be "Required" or "Optional" or it won't show up at the start

+rep if helped

You dont necessarily have to have it with "Map Initialization", you just need to have an Event, or else it never activates, BUT make sure to have your quests ordered properly, because having more than one quest active at a time can lead to "Complete Quest" actions "Completeing" the wrong quest

Well most likely should be in map initialization, also the quests that you don't want it to show at the moment, you make it create a hidden quest so then you can just show it whenever.
