Long story short, I'm working on a Java-based OpenGL implementation to recreate Warcraft 3. The issue is there's hardly any free assets out there to use if I don't want to use warcraft 3 assets. I'm able to export geometry fine with biturn but it doesn't export... well... anything else. I'm wondering if anyone is able to create / knows of the existence of a animation exporter to be used. (I don't need the entire exporter only animations, unless biturn unlinks faces. I'd assume that animations and faces are linked together because I took a look at the mdl format and it looked like its categorized by bone.

Preferred file formats:
- fbx
- obj
- m3

MUST be Autodesk-independant (preferably command line but i can make due).

Thanks in advance! credit+whatnot.

(Also, if anyone knows of a good place to get animated fbx/obj assets for free under GNU post it)
