Increase level of ability doesnt work?

Ok heres the problem.

I have a trigger which increases a units ability level and shows a short text to the owner.

Heres the problem, the ability is not leveling up but the text is playing.

1) Its not an issue with the events or conditions.
2) The issue is on the single function the increases the units ability level.
3) Both "Set level" and 'Increase Level" of Ability are not working.
4) The ability is based off "Item Life bonus"

Your using an unit or an hero ability, and are you sing the 'hero - set level of ability' or the 'unit - set level of ability'. You should use Unit.

Make ability from channel and write your trigger here.

Item Life bonus' levels dont work
it always acts like its level 1

Since im making a reward system for heroes which allows them to increase their health, mana, attackspeed and damage.

I need to know will the same problem occur with.
1) Item mana bonus
2) Gloves of Haste ability
3) Item Permanent damage bonus.

For Gloves of Haste
make it item ability
and add it many times

Like make +1 AS and -1 AS abilities
and add them many times (item abilities stack on multiple adding)
Same for others

Hmm..

The damage bonus and life bonus is working.

The mana works but only stacks once, same with the attackrate modifier.
