Incinerate

There is a new power called incinerate (arrow) in the 1.18 patch. It is the same power except it costs 6 mana a hit now and is autocasting. The problem is, you can't change the stats on it like you can on the original. If you know how to change the stats on Incinerate (arrow) please reply with the answer. Thank You!
