Hi, I'm planning to make a in-line damage spell, called Gravity Blow (based on the Chrono Cross namesake Element). Everytime it hits an enemy, its damaged and knocked up for 2 seconds, preventing its movement and attacks/spells (hope "pause" works).

I searched the forums and I found the KB3D System, however I don't trust its too much (it lags sometimes and the moderator' review was very simple). So, what should I do about this?
- Use KB3D for both the in-line damage and the knock up?
- Or use KB3D for the knock up only and do the in-line damage by myself?
- Or can you recommend me another better systems?

The line damage will have to be done separately.

I suggest you create a dummy projectile unit and use a looping trigger to move it forward, and apply the knockback to units around it every iteration.

Alternative to KB3D for your purpose: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/spells-569/knockup-system-gui-229329/ (recommended because it does exactly what you need)

There's also another 3d knockback system in my signature that you can try.

EDIT: This system also seems to include line damage, so it might be the all-in-one solution you're looking for. http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/spells-569/knock-back-3d-mms-3d-242031/
