I found the option to get the in-game view settings, but there's no sky. How do i make it so it's morning, day, noon, night?

What's your problem? Is there no sky or don't you know how to set the time of day?

Hmm maybe you need to choose a sky first.
Scenario > Map Preferences ( There you can choose the time to)

And if that doesn't work, find this trigger.

I just wanted a sky to my in-game view settings.

Can't it's ingame fog.

Just use hotkeys I, K and L and then turn the camera to get a good shot.

I = Ingame View
K = View Sky
L = View Lightning
