In game team spawns aren't right

so when ever i play a map i made, a custom map, it's a 4v4, issue is for some reason 1 player on each team spawns on the opposite side of the map to the rest of its team, example 4 player on top, 4 players on the bottom, 1 player from each swap positions, no idea why, thank you in advance.
PS i used search to try and find something on this but nothing came up

My guess is the starting locations are truly random but you probably have File -> Preferences -> Test Map -> Checkbox "Use Fixed Random Seed" turned on. Disable it and see if the player start locations move around.
