As Godless noted one can mass export imported resources (models, icons etc.) to another map using WE's Import Manager (F12) > Export All Files (Ctrl+Shift+E).

However, to the extent of my knowledge, the export of custom Object Editor units may only be accomplished by copying them individually from the source map to the target.
  1. Open the source map.
  2. Right-click on the desired custom unit, item, or ability.
  3. Select Copy Unit (or item or whatever).
  4. Open the target map.
  5. Browse to the correct Object Editor category.
  6. Right click on the Custom sub folder.
  7. Select Paste Unit (or item or whatever).

You can also click in the object editor on "Export all object data", which will create a small file. By Importing this file into the object editor of another map, you'll import all object data (units, abilities, everything) from 1 map into another. Please note that ANY custom unit made in your second map will be overwritten.
