Well, I am a complete retard. I spent a whole day looking at tutorials for importing skins/models/portraits on the internet and I still do not know how to do it. Please give me a step to step tutorial. It keeps on saying "Can not load, "file" " and it really is pissing me off. Help me out. I am happy to give more information. O ya another thing, why do most files only contain a model/portrait and not a skin and most skins do not contain models or portraits.

Well, that's pretty easy after you get used to it. Here is a tutorial that helped me to understand what's with all this custom models/skins and how to import them. If you still don't understand what's with the skins try here.
