IK Bone Chains?

I'm using 3dsMAX 2011 to do some model animations. Can someone tell me about FK Keys, IK Keys and IK Bone Chains? I'm clueless. Any information will be more than welcome!

UPDATE:

Nevermind, I found the answer. FK and IK refers to Forward Kinematics and Inverse Kinematics, respectively. FKs are essentially basic bone movements where as IKs can be thought of as flexible and undulating (e.g. a snake's movement).
