Ideas for Next Texturing Competition

How 'bout we brainstorm some ideas for the next texturing competition? A thread for this hadn't been made yet so I figure I'd make one myself. Not sure if I put this in the right forum. They seem to be mixed up in both this and the contest archive... thing.

Anyway, skinning units into machines?

what about turning a peasant model into a warrior? reskin a human peasant, an ork peon and a high elf peasant, you could chose one of them, make them look like something that could kill soomething. They look so dumb and weak that it would probably be a fun chalenge to make something "mighty" from them...

EDIT: Curses! I just realized that I would have to make a model for it.....And I really wanted to make The Hessian Mercenary, The Bane Of Icabod, the HEADLESS HORSEMAN OF SLEEPY HOLLOW!!!!.

well, we're all getting exited with this halloween thing, but i've got a different idea, ever 'eard of self portraits? hehe, what about doing a reskin, could be completelly frehanded, or with a few cnps from a picture of you, trying to protray yourself? any model in the mpq would be valid

No staff member has accepted the responsibility to oversee the next texturing competition. Until such time as that eventuality occurs, any discussion in this thread is pure speculation.

When ive tryed to CnP faces from images onto skins, the wrap allways seems to maul it.

Any other kind of CnP works fine.

CnP is not skinning. End of that particular discussion. Wolver, it is speculation But it lets people discuss and give the staff who host the competitions ideas, imo
