Icon Quality Issue

Hey!

My method of icon making: Make the pic in Ps or gimp, resize it to 64x64,
convert it to Blp1 in Blp Lab. Then add the borders with Button Manager.

The problem: The BTN icon is far blurryer than the oders
I have no idea what the hell couse this.

Pls help,im out from iconmaking becouse of this annoying bug!

Well, that sure is a long and bothersome process. I simply make the pic in GIMP (usually 256x256), resize it to 64x64, save as .png file, add borders with Button Manager. Button Manager automatically converts it to .blp, unless otherwise is specified.

I tryed it and the icons still looks like a bull****.
Seriously why the BTN icon is blurryer then the ATC etc icons.
