Hello there. I made a ability for a hero, based of the slow aura from the Tornado. But when i did make it a hero ability, gave it levels, gave it a prober icon and so on, it did not work in game. The icon for learning the ability works fine. But when learning it, and i look down where the skills you learned are, the icon is not there. I did all i can to make it appear, maybe a trigger will do it, but i am bad at triggering. So, any idea anybody? :spell_breaker: I would really apreciate that.

First check the ability icon placement (Art - Button Position on the ability editor), and make sure that some abilities of your unit aren't placed on the same box.

Yes i did check it, and i did also try to only learn that spell but i was'nt there. I have also tried to change the Button Position many times on all of them.
I am quessing it is because it is based of the Tornado slow aura.

Then maybe you should use an active spell template like blizzard or thunderclap and change the buffs and effect with the tornado aura ones.

Well i made a trigger for the ability. The trigger made a dummy ability which did explain the spell, and had the spells icon, but i only came when learning the real spell. But thanks for helping and the active spell template thing you mentioned, i think i might use that sometime. :infl_thumbs_up: It was the first time i made a trigger, on my very own hehe
