Moderator's Review: Okay, the effect is looking cool, although you could try to combine the sound it makes with something like 'frost nova' sound or the ice-sound the 'freezing breath' effect makes on buildings. then, it'll have a very icy feel

Nice model (effect) but i have small idea you can idea for effect something more with snow Like snow flakes around or from effect trips more pieces of ice (like ice bolt, or from blizzard) on ground around or something like that

It's like nobody ever tests the model before reviewing and i keep seeing this shit.
This model doesn't function at all. Look at the size of this thing.
It's also missing animation names, so it's barely useable.

I have tested the model again via simple 'Frost Nova' effect swap, and it works well I'm not sure what the issue is..
Perhaps renaming the 'by valkemiere' animation to 'death' could help..?

In my opinion, the animation could be a bit faster and there are a few unused textures and materials that should be removed, but I don't see anything terribly wrong with this model.

Look at the size of this thing.

You can't expect all models to specifically fit your needs. My suggestion would be to resize it yourself.

It's also missing animation names, so it's barely useable.

Nothing is missing; it doesn't need more than one animation (just like the standard Frost Nova and many other models). You might be puzzled because the author of the model made an empty sequence and used it as a signature/watermark, but that has no effect on the model since that animation does not show up in World Editor's previewer and is unplayable in game.

Also, I see on your screenshot that you're trying to use this model with the Impale ability; you should probably know that abilities that lift units into the air, like Impale and Cyclone, require a special 'Sprite First' attachment point in order to work properly. This model doesn't have that attachment point since it wasn't intended to be used with those abilities.

Because i look for models to use, usually by sorting through reviews, i look at the good reviews, download it and try it in my map.
Which by the way is something reviewers never do, so when i open them up and the model turns out to have faults and i've wasted a lot of time
