Ice Strike Spell

Hi,

I did something like mirana's arrow.Arrow dummy goes and hit first target, it's okey.But the arrow dummy dies, then i wanna target 2 seconds freezes(pauses) and creates ice efeckt.

How can i do this spell..?

well, if you're already successful in making the arrow hit the target, then just create a dummy (or recycle one) and order it to cast stormbolt to the target. (just edit the buff of the dummy spell so that it would look like it freezes).

the life time of dummy(arrow) finishes, creates 2. dummy it's ok
but if the arrow hits the first unit, 2. dummy doesn't create

how can i fix it ?
