I want to make 2 spells aoe

I want to make this spells aoe, i dont know how to make them.

Blasts an enemy unit with a wave of fire. Deals intense damage and stuns for 1.5 seconds.
|n|cffffcc00Level 1|r - 60 damage.
|cffffcc00Level 2|r - 80 damage.
|cffffcc00Level 3|r - 100 damage.
|cffffcc00Level 4|r - 120 damage.

Marius hits the ground with his totem and throws a rock at the enemy damaging and stunning him.
|n|cffffcc00Level 1|r - 20 damage, 2 second stun.
|cffffcc00Level 2|r - 30 damage, 2.5 second stun.
|cffffcc00Level 3|r - 40 damage, 3 second stun.
|cffffcc00Level 4|r - 50 damage, 3.5 second stun.
