I need to get pic(ture)s from my map

I am making a thread of my map-War of the Races-And would like to get some screenshots from it how do i do this. i would also like to post the picture of the map. plz help.

Hit the print screen key on your keyboard. Paste the picture in MS Paint. Crop and then save the image. Upload in your post.
