The waterfall looks to bit, just looks strange. Probably because the waterfall is higher then the cliff, so try and make the waterfall a bit smaller, so it fits the cliff. Also try and get some variation in the water height. At the moment it is just shallow water. I like the sun, but the atmosphere would be a lot better if their was some fog.

Where does the waterfall come from?It is ok,but you should fix up some things and add a fog.Near the lake put some grass.

But there are no logics what so ever. The waterfall seems to come out of this air, as mentioned.

try making the river longer so that it flows towards the viewer. Right now it lokks like there is this huge ass waterfall but only a smalll puddle of water....
