I need help importing a model

I would appreiciate any help
here is what i have done
-downloaded a model (hero mortal team--> cus i needed one for mortals)
-then i went to import manager
-i pushed import file
- then i went to the mortal team and went to art-->model file

I know your supposed to push the import button then click the imported one but i cant push the button

I know i probly just am not doping something cus this is my first time importing a model or anything...PLZ HELP

What's the exact problem? Do you see a green-black cube instead of the model?

Did you change the custom path and import any textures that are needed. For many models you import a Mdx file and 1 or more blp files, most likely you will need to change their path. Automatic tutorials on how to import every single model are generated. I always read them as I import so i dont screw up. The tutorial is at the bottom of the page when u select a model. Read that while your importing. Also keep in mind you have to get rid of the zip format. You download the model in zip format, you have to take the info out of ur download then import it into the WE. You cant import the Zip into the WE that doesn't do anything. You need your mdx and ur blp. Change the path if nessisary, save ur map, restarting it might be necessary then it should be working.
