I need Doom Skill Info

What is it that determines what unit is too "powerful" for the Doom ulti to work on a unit..
I do not see any level setting like there is on Charm etc..

I want to be able to use Doom on a certain unit but is set to level 8 in the unit settings and Doom says the units "too powerful"
The unit needs to stay lvl 8 for other reasons so lowering its lvl is not really a good option..

It's hard-coded and you can't change the level. You need to trigger the whole ability.

I think it can change in the Game Interface xD
Devour the ability of the unit,this i really don't know =.=

So if its hard coded what is the max level i can make it that "isnt too powerful"

Why don't you test it, shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. Maybe lvl 6 but I'm not sure.

great it seems not only does it have a lvl5 limit but also a hp limit for rating "too powerful" so even when i set it at being lvl5 it still wouldnt work.. so lame.
