I don't know how to make Illidan metamorphosis work in another char

OK, here is the deal:

I didn't even look to the triggers yet, but I know that I'll have to learn sooner or later.

I tried to use the metamorphosis (Evil Illidan) to make my hero turn into the Firelord.

When I activate the spell the timer begins but nothing happens (not true: all my spells disappear). When the time expires, the timer begins again, but this time the Firelord appears (without any spells). Then, the time runs out again, my hero returns, but with no spells. Every spell is in a Spellbook.

Can you guys help me with a trigger to do this? (I couldn't make without one...)

Ok, but I have a little problem... I save the map, and it stays with a lock on the name, and I can't get to it through the explorer... What do I do?
