Hey man I just download and try use the thing you created. I change path to this UI/Widgets/ToolTips/Human-tooltip-border.blp and it doesnt worked but then I understand I should change this / to this \ but still didnt worked can you help me??

Then import it under any name and then go to gameplay interface and change the tooltip border entry to your imported texture.

Looks simple but useful.

All tooltip borders look simple and all are useful. It falls into the texture category of 'meh' despite the ability of such textures providing a strong sense of immersion.
