Human Spellbreaker

I was wondering, if it's not too much of a problem, if someone already had a Human Spellbreaker or could edit the Spellbreaker to not have Elf ears, so that it would by appearance means, be Human. I would also ask for the portrait model to also have the Elf ears removed. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
