Huge Issue with object editor

ok so i go to make a custom ability and when i copy and paste it to the custom folder the ability changes. What happens is it gives the ability all the stats of all the abilities in the game so it is a real nusance to go through setting everything to 0. only the text remains the same. this might be a dumb post but this has never happened to me before i'd be happy if someone could help.

change place of that abbility inside of abbility (abbility class- whatever you want)

I tried that and it still didn't work. oh ya and FYI this happens for every ability. I am using the campaing editor if that might have something to do with it...

Could you please post a screenshot of this rather strange phenomenon?

These sort of weird errors are more often than not solved by restarting the World Editor.
