How to Use a New Interface?

Yes, I would like to know how to put on and use a new interface. I found one on another website (don't know if I can post the site), but I do not know how to use it or put it on.

P.S. - by interface i mean like how humans, elves, orcs etc have different borders depending on which race you pick.

P.S.S - I do know how to put them in, I just don't know how to make them work in-game.

I think Hive has a nice tutorial on this in the tutorials section.

The Tutorial I found shows you how to make one, not how to put it on.

Just import it. The tutorial should tell you how to import stuff. I'm certain that after reading that tutorial you could make this whole thing working.
