How to use a custom model as Battle.net's screen?

Hey all, I'm trying to replace the classic Battle.net model by this one :

I did this and the classic model has been replaced by a black screen.

Does anyone know why it doesn't work?

One would assume you'd need to overwrite the original model in the MPQ...

Already done but it does a black screen.
