How to unable two players to talk in private

Hello everyone,

I've made a who is the killer map. The map works quite well. I've already disable the standar chat box but I want to improve it a bit. Some people could rage and reveal killer's identity.

That's why I would like to find a way to disallow private chatbox (the /w one). I've seen a map (metastasis) with such system. So anyone has an idea ? It would be very nice.

Thanks.

The idea is to display the Player Chat Message everytime they trigger the event.
This way, there is no hidden message occur, even the Player Private Chat with someone else using the Private Chat default option by Blizzard, the message still appear on the screen.

I have created a test map for you, try it.

Imagine that you are playing a who is the killer map. The killer kills you. You ragequit the map. Then you want to warn your other teammates the true identity of the killer. You will have to send a message by /w (the green one). This is exactly this kind of message I would like to avoid - if it possible.
Otherwise, I would like to make the players as they are observant. Of course, they play but they can neither send or receive private messages away from the map. If you know the metastasis map, you maybe know what I am talking about.
I hope it is clear now^^
