How to trim Speech sound in "Cinematic - Send transmission"

Hello guys, let's say i want to use the speech Sound where Akama says "We draenei have fought the orcs and their demon masters for generations. Now, at last, we will end their curse forever. We are yours to command, Lord Illidan."
I want to trim the speech to be "We draenei have fought the orcs and their demon masters for generations. Now, at last, we will end their curse forever."
Let's say i wanna remove the last three seconds of the sound file.

This is the trigger, i tried subtracting 3seconds from the duration of the transmission but it didn't work.

• Cinematic - Send transmission to (All players) from Akama named Akama: Play A07Akama07 <gen> and display We draenei have fou.... Modify duration: Add 0.00 seconds and Don't wait
• Wait for A07Akama07 <gen> to be 0.00 seconds from finished playing

Is there a way to do that?

Easiest way is in the sound editor, extract the sound.
Open it with audacity, cut off the sound part you don't want, import it again with the sound editor.

Trying to do it with triggers alone will make it fuckup somehow.
