How to to import and use custom spells

I think he has just found a spell in spell section and want it in his map.

You do this by copying the trigger, and all spells needed. If its a Jass spell, you might want to check the Raw codes (Ctrl +D) too.

And all units needed to (asuming there are custom units involved).

on hiveworkshop under spells is many spells.
ex Thunderwhell
How to use it in my map?
I know how to import in import manager

You don't use the import manager. You copy stuff between the maps.
