How do i import abilities/spells?

Just as the title says, I'm very new to hive and specially world editor so i don't know much, can someone tell me how to import abilities and spells? I intend to make a few custom classes for a small project of my own. So far what i've done is download it, and import the file but i dont't know what path it could be, thank you, all help is apreciated.

-Copy and paste all the custom units and imports
-Copy and paste the variables
(copy them on a notepad)
-Copy paste triggers
