How to set up the speed classes

Everybody knows that AS and MS are divided to "classes" depending on their values.

These classes are:

Very slow
Slow
Normal
Fast
& Very fast

You can change their names but can you change their min and max values by changing a *.txt in the MPQ?

I mean set Very slow to be >3
Slow from 2.99 to 2.10 and so

In gameplay constants you cannot. I haven`t checked the interface but I guess you cannot coz there are only paths to files and texts.
