How to set sub maps

So I'm basically finished with my redone campaigns, I just need to figure out how to work the Orc Campaign in the expansion. I've changed Thrall's and Jaina's models and thats it, so not really much changed. However, I'm trying to set the sub maps up so that they work like in the original. How do I do that? Do I just put them into the campaign editor like regular maps?
