how to retreive my old war3patch.mpq file?

i tried the tool called RU-Theme-wizard,its used to change the backround of you warcraft,when i picked a backround it loaded for about 2.50 seconds,then a new war3patch.mpq file appeared at my desktop,so moved it at my warcraft file,then a window appeared to tell me if i should replace my old war3patch.mpq
so i replaced it,then as it was finished,i opened up my warcraft,then my it worked,a backround appeared,but,when i opened my world editor,something went wrong,a window appeared,it said,"an error occured,sorry for the inconvinience"so i send the error report.and there,can you help me pls?

Re-Install Warcraft. Thats all you can do

Or maybe someone from this forum could upload his file.

(not me as I don't have the newest patch <- laptop...)
