How to restore .w3r/.w3c/.w3s/.wtg

Because im really stupid , i have protected the Sheepers Creepers Map and i lost the original.
( i know , im really, but really stuped.)
I have tryed to restore the .w3r/.w3c/.w3s/.wtg files in the map , ( ive moved the .j ) basing on the Darky29 (yo re my hero, darky !) "tutorial" , and trying to rip them off from the .j ...
But it doesnt work. Ive tryed 6 times (!) and i dont want to do all the work of 23 days (!!) again.

I don't think it's possible, from my point of view, you're pretty much screwed.
Be glad you put "only" 23 days of work in it. For a map, that's relatively little time.
