How to reduce weight file my map of warcraft?

I edited a map and trying to play with a friend online Wacraft informs me an error saying that the selected map is too heavy.
So I would like to indicate some strategies or programs to substantially reduce the weight of my file.

Note: I used the WC3 map optimizer and only fell by 0.12% weight of my map.

380 kb is not high. Wc3 supports 8 mb when playing over battlenet. Otherwise you can have over 100 mb.
