How to make timed gate

I'd like to create gate (or some obstacle) that would disappear after set time. Is there any way how to do it?

I want that gate to disappear at the same time.

Yes, it would only create countdown but after that countdown, you should destroy the timer then make the gate disappeared.

Can someone write me step-by-step guide, please?

I want two minutes countdown which says "War starts in XX seconds." Then it should disappear and new message will show "The war has started!" and music or some sound will start playing for few seconds.

I read tutorial about timer you linked me, but I still didn't know how to control the gate. Alex helped me with this.

I didn't simply copied his trigger. I studied it and then made mine, which is little edited. It taught me how to use triggers and I'll use my new experience next time.
