How to make ability insta cast?

I set my ability to 0 casting time and yet there's still a slight delay in casting. Do I need to alter a property in the unit caster or the ability to get it almost instant?

You need to set the Art - Animation Cast Point and Backswing of the unit. Sadly, this means it will cast every other spell instantly.

To add to Light's comment, there are few abilities that has no cast point and therefore no delay in casting.

Few I can recall:

• Berserk (no target, also does not interrupt current unit orders);
• Fan of Knives (no target, interrupts orders);
• Divine Shield (no target, no interrupts);
• Wind Walk (no target, no interrupts);
• Essence of Blight/Spirit Touch (no target, interrupts);
• Avatar? (no target, interrupts, not sure on this one).

Abilities inside an item that you use also has no cast points.
