[Import] How to import a folder into a custom campaign using the relative file paths from the folder

I have the folder "....\bla\archive\" which I would like to import into my custom campaign.
All files and subfolders should be imported and the files should use their file paths relative to the folder's file path.

For example, the file "...\bla\archive\UI\MiscUI.txt" should use the file path "UI\MiscUI.txt" when it is used as imported file.
Is there any tool for this?
