How to force ESC key for human player?

as title says. First two lines of this trigger never worked:

• Game - Force Player 1 (Red) to press the key esc
• Game - Force Player 1 (Red) to press the key ESC
• Selection - Remove Blood Mage 0033 <gen> from selection for Player 1 (Red)
• Wait 0.01 seconds
• Selection - Add Blood Mage 0033 <gen> to selection for Player 1 (Red)

leave spell book.
leave hero skill up
cancel foot man training. etc.

literally press ESC

i assume you are using the wrong action, you need to use "Game - Force UI Cancel" instead of "Game - Force UI Key"

In addition to UI Cancel force... you can cancel all of those things by saving all currently selected units in a group, deselecting them all, then reselecting them again. It should not need a wait.

This didnt work as intended. when units are deselected and selected again, the level up menu still didnt vanish. Re-selection does not work as ESC and does not close the level up menu.

though UreDe4D solution worked just fine iirc
