How to fix a little thing on a villager? {making a villager fire an arrow with a bow}

Hey peoples,

I have a lil question,
As probably on many RPG's, Im using the villager model.
But when i made my hunter class and i equipped them with a bow..
They hit with the bow and then launch an arrow .. :/
How do i change it, so the villager actually pulls the string on the bow and Fires? (Look at Avatar.)
I dont want him to hit with it.. :/

you need a custom model for that. try this model Villager - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site it has many many animations(about 40 I think(
