How i make my villager to attack like an archer?

Hello,
Can some1 tell me how i make my villager attack like an archer.
I did attach a bow to my villager but hes attacking with hes hands how do i make so it looks like hes shooting arrows with the bow? (sorry for bad english)

it depends on this animations. the normal villager has only attack animations with attacking with his hands.
try the villager with many animations.
he has many animations and also bow animations.
