I've tryed this, but in this case a new geoset is will be created!
I need to exclude vertex from one geoset (g1) and add it to another existing geoset (g2), without creating a new one!

You cannot detach a single vertex or two, at least not in MdlVis. It has to be at least a triangle so that it carries some amount of material on it. Anyway, just select your triangle (click somewhere BETWEEN its vertices), copy and paste it and then detach it, then delete the original vertex.
Or copy your triangle, then switch to the destination geoset and paste.
